Jr CH Elfin Dancing The Dream, "Dancer" is my 'meant to be' dog. I wasn't planning to keep another dog when her litter was born. After three potential homes just didn't pan out, I knew she was meant to stay with me. In fact, I had offered her to a show home and the day before this person came to meet her, she jumped out of a visitor's arms and landed on her head. She seemed ok but, I said I just didn't feel right selling her just in case there was damage that just hadn't manifested itself yet. I haven't ever regretted my decision.

Dancer at the Shows...
I took Dancer with me to the National in Oct 2009 where she danced her way through the puppy match, enchanting spectators, and bringing home a Best Puppy Rosette. She made her show debut in March 2010 at the Tarheel Specialty where she earned enough points to finish her Jr Championship in one weekend by taking 5 point majors and BOS both days! Both judges commented on her movement...great reach and drive and the happiest attitude! Under HSDAA rules, a dog must be shown under at least 3 judges to complete a championship so Dancer went to Toledo in May and finished with yet another major at the Corporal Klinger Classic.
